The journey of exploration into our creativity relied heavily on clear intention and accessing and following our internal guidance. The following about how our internal guidance appears to work relative to an intention we wish to manifest.

In the recording on clear intention and clarity of intention it was said, “ Setting a clear intention is the first element of any successful creative endeavor. Clarity of intent coupled with mindfulness and awareness of what arises in life in response to the intention we hold is the most powerful mental creative force you have. ”

Internal guidance is about our internal navigation system which we all have. This discussion is about how it functions in relationship to what we wish to create.

Relative to creating something new and never before experienced mind has no experience of what it is trying to create. So our human mind has no past experiences to know what to do. It is here our internal guidance becomes very important.

Creatively, any intention we hold consciously or unconsciously, is a focus of our attention and awareness. Our creative life energy flows where we place our attention. The intention we hold sets the flow of our creative life energy into a particular direction to fulfill the intention that is held.. A clear intention seeks to remove any competing intention that may direct our creative life energy in a direction other than what we currently want to create. So when there is a clear intention it is easier to sense the flow of energy directing us towards the fulfillment of our intention. With out competing flows of energy our internal guidance provides much clearer direction to our mind as to what the next step is towards manifesting our intention. In this case our clarity of intention and our internal guidance work in tandem and one can see them as connected.

Our creative life energy is what energizes all the experiences we have. The direction of flow of our creative life energy is a composite of all the intentions we hold. Stronger held intention obviously have a much greater influence over the flow of our creative life energy.

Two things need to be realize here. One we will get responses for any question we ask that has passion behind the question. So when we ask for guidance about any intention we hold that is held with some passion we will get a response. We may not like the response or we may not be paying attention to receive the answer or the answer does not come immediately but when we are open to receive it we will receive it.

However when it comes to insights governing our life the flow of our creative life path will cause insights to arise relative to that path. Our internal guidance system will always try and bring us back into alignment with our life path and reason for being here.

If we hold multiple intention and we are continually asking for guidance on these multiple attentions we will get answers. But the answers do not come in the sequence we asked and we will probably end up thinking a particular answer is for one of the questions we asked when it was for another. It is here clarity of intention becomes very helpful if not important.

If we become very intentional, that is we pay attention to the intentions we set and pull the string as to why we want that intention we will surface competing intention and get a much better understanding of what we desire. In doing so we will have a greater passion for what we intend. . This is a an asset in that when we ask for guidance it is a little easier to see what the answer we get is for. Here it needs to be noted we will always be getting information relative to keeping us aligned with our life path or to bring us back into alignment with our life path. We will get insights about intention we set without asking for guidance but sometimes it is difficult to see what intention it is for. This is one reason why people talk about developing a single point focus for our life. Then the intuitive guidance we get is very clear as to where it applies. If one’s single point focus for their life is their life path or in alignment with their life path it becomes even easier.

If one is going to become intentional and seek clarity in their intentions it is recommended one access their internal compass to their feeling of inner satisfaction and what at his inner satisfaction looks like for them as unique individuals. Our life path has a direction unto itself and our internal compass will keep us true to that path. Our life path will always be there as an undercurrent and alignment with our life path allows us to start and the pace our creative life energy is concentrated. There is an infinite number of things we can do and create and always be in alignment with our life path. We just need to pay attention to the life path.
